A few weeks ago we had the opportunity to go on a tour of our local fire department for play group. It was awesome. The firemen dressed up in their gear, gave a little presentation, and let all the kids take their pictures on the fire truck.
This nice fireman even offered to take a picture with Jack. Don't you just love the juxtaposition of their sizes? So cute.
The firemen even got an emergency call while we were there. It was all very exciting as you can tell...
Jack was very confused by the sirens at first....
...then he decided that the loud noises were pretty funny.
but his favorite part of the day was playing with the firemen pole. He loved it so much that he wouldn't hold still for a picture. The firemen thought that Jack was pretty funny playing with the pole and they called him a "Jr. fire fighter".

There are NO words to explain how much I love our little Jack! So glad he enjoyed the fireman's pole! Reminds me how much he loved the pole on the red wagons at Riley's! Such a cute little guy!
